OOLONG (WU LONG) TEAS

Oolong Teas, (pronounced and noted as Wu-long), yield a charactered cup reminiscent of both black teas (amber-colored, and fruity), and green teas (lighter, less oxidized, with golden-green infusions). Most Oolong leaves are usually brownish in color and large in appearance--producing a fruity, sweet aromatic flavor profile all of its own! Research suggests that the regular consumption of Oolong Tea is linked to the reduction of cholesterol and weight loss.
